This policy explains the personal data processed when you use Wordly API.

Data we process

We process your email address, encrypted password, verification status, API usage records, IP and security logs, billing contact details submitted during checkout, payment references, and support communications. Wordly does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes; payment data is processed by our licensed payment provider.

Purposes

Data is used to create and secure accounts, issue API keys, meter credits, process payments, prevent abuse, provide technical support, keep accounting records, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

Necessary data may be shared with hosting, email, security, accounting, and payment providers. During payment, billing and transaction information is transmitted securely to our licensed payment provider under its privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain records for the period needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax or legal obligations. We use restricted access, hashed passwords and API keys, HTTPS, and audit records.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where legally available by emailing [email protected]. Transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
