This agreement is presented before checkout for the remote sale of Wordly API credit packages.

Seller

Buyer

The buyer is the account holder whose billing information is entered during checkout.

Service, price, and payment

The selected package name, number of credits, currency, total price, and payment method are shown in the order summary immediately before payment. Payment is processed by our licensed payment provider.

Delivery

The purchased digital credits are delivered electronically to the buyer's Wordly API account after the payment is cryptographically verified. The buyer can view the resulting balance and payment record in Billing.

Performance and withdrawal

The buyer requests immediate electronic delivery by selecting the checkout consent. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory exceptions apply according to the buyer's jurisdiction.

Disputes and records

The buyer should first report technical or payment errors using the order reference. Electronic transaction records, confirmation messages, and applicable mandatory dispute-resolution rights remain available.
