Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-03

These terms govern access to Wordly API, the developer dashboard, API keys, and purchased credits. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for securing your account and API keys. Keys may only be used from systems you control and must not be published, shared, resold, or embedded in public client applications.

Credits and service

Authenticated operations consume the credit amount shown in the documentation. Purchased credits are added after payment confirmation. Credits are a limited right to use the API; they are not money, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value.

Acceptable use

You may not bypass limits, create accounts to abuse free credits, scrape or reconstruct the complete dataset, interfere with the service, or use the API unlawfully. Access may be suspended to protect the platform or other customers.

Availability and changes

We may improve endpoints, security controls, and pricing. Breaking API changes use a new version where reasonably possible. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

Support

Support covers technical integration, account access, and payment errors. Package purchases, API keys, usage, and billing history are self-service through the dashboard.
